Quality Inspection

Quality inspections involve performing random sampling of the order to inspect the quality of the product. This service is usually carried out upon completing production and can be performed at the supplier’s plant, the client’s warehouse, or the Loading Agent’s yard.

  • A random sampling is performed per ISO 2859 tables, which determines the quantity of the products to be inspected and the threshold of defective parts to reject the lot.
  • In the event that the product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is defective, corrective actions shall be taken during the production process.
  • This service enables us to take corrective actions from the source and not at the final destination.
  • Quality defects are classified and the implementation of corrective actions by the supplier is overseen in order to prevent these from recurring.
  • The balance of the purchase order may be subject to a final quality inspection thereby protecting the operation.
