Pre-customs Clearing Inspection

We perform a shipment inspection in order to verify the container’s condition and to ensure that the goods are shipped in an orderly fashion and pursuant to the shipment documents, invoice, and the packing list. We also crosscheck the quantity, quality, markings, and labeling.

The purpose of the inspection is to advantageously replace the pre-customs inspection performed at the port of destination.

WE PERFORM A PHYSICAL AND DOCUMENTED INSPECTION OF THE SHIPMENT AT THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

  • The service is coordinated together with the supplier and the loading agent.
  • This reduces customs clearing time from 24 to 48 hours in Mexico, thereby speeding up the import process.
  • A visual inspection of the general conditions of the container is performed.
  • In this manner, the client can anticipate any problem caused by the inadequate labeling of its goods.
  • The inspection is valid for customs authorities, thus replacing the pre-customs clearing inspection performed at the final destination and eliminating the costs arising from the maneuvers and storage of the goods for said inspection, as well as those arising from delays and relabeling of the goods.
