For this service, our team is involved throughout the entire procurement process from supplier development until the goods are delivered to our client’s storage facility. We do all this in order to minimize risks and control product quality.

  • We perform the entire procurement process from the negotiation to the purchase order placement, production monitoring, quality control, cargo inspection, ocean or air freight, and follow-up after the purchase.

  • We are involved in the entire process in order to strengthen the relationship with the supplier.

  • Before making a deposit, we prepare an agreement or purchase order specifying the penalties that the supplier will incur in the event that the quality or timeframe agreed upon is not met.

  • In the event that the supplier breaches the sales agreement, we have legal representation in China and Hong Kong, which enables us to follow up and pursue any legal process in Asia.

  • We oversee the quality of the product throughout the entire production process, as well as the loading of the goods to ensure that nothing is missing and that everything was loaded properly and timely.

  • We are in constant communication with the supplier to address any situation that might arise pre or post sales.
