Your supplier made a promise. We verify the quality behind it

We verify product quality against your agreed technical and commercial requirements to catch defects and protect your brand’s reputation. We can inspect samples before production, check quality during production, or evaluate finished products.

The defect is not the problem; the problem is what happens next

Quality issues don’t stop at the factory. They travel with your products, reach your warehouse, and can grow into bigger problems.

Risk · 01

Customer complaints

The brand that trusts you receives a product that doesn’t meet the terms of the agreement. The conversation shifts from being about price or timelines to being about a breach of contract.

02
Risk · 02

Batch return

Too many defects can lead to the entire shipment being returned costing you the sales season, straining your cash flow, and undermining the buyer’s confidence in future orders.

03
Risk · 03

Your hard-earned reputation

A batch with quality issues can lead to complaints and negative reviews. Trust in your brand grows with every purchase, but one bad experience can put it at risk.

Your profit margin disappears

When a defect is detected at the destination, the cost of correcting it is five to ten times higher than at the point of origin. Reverse logistics, extra storage, and re-inspection eat into the profit margin.

We inspect your products at the factory—before, during, or after production—while corrections are still practical and cost-effective. We check each batch against your brand’s agreed specifications.

We're taking action while there's still time to change the outcome

Before the first inspection, we review your product specifications, approved samples, and tolerances. We tailor each inspection to your needs and agreed requirements, going beyond your supplier’s standard checklist.

Once the shipment is already in transit, the only option is to absorb the cost. When we inspect at the factory, you decide: accept, correct, or stop the shipment.

Your report gives you what you need to approve, hold, or reject the batch, without the technical language.

“Quality isn’t corrected at the destination; it’s ensured at the source.”

Sampling Inspection in Accordance with International Standards

We apply the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) method based on ISO 2859-1, the global standard recognized by buyers, manufacturers, and certification bodies for objectively evaluating production lots.

This means that the results of each inspection are auditable, defensible to your buyer, and comparable across lots and suppliers.

Your decision to accept or reject a batch does not depend on the inspector’s judgment. It depends on a standard.

Our Scope

Five key inspection areas, assessed using standardized criteria within our ISO 9001:2015-certified processes.

All your reports in one place, helping you make informed decisions.

Each report brings together the findings and evidence you need to approve, hold, or reject the batch before production is completed or shipment begins

02

Sampling Results Below the AQL

Lot size, sample size, inspection level, critical/major/minor defects, and acceptance limit. Auditable and justifiable.

03

Classified Photographic Evidence

Photos organized by type of find. Items your buyer can view directly.

04

Findings and defects ranked by impact

Each deviation is classified according to an international scale (critical, major, minor) to determine which ones require the lot to be held and which ones can be negotiated.

Q&A

What a Strategic Buyer Needs to Know.

The QC service adapts to the production schedule, product availability, and the criteria you define, so it integrates seamlessly into the workflow you already have with your supplier. Our goal is to inspect representative samples from the batch, clearly document our findings, and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions regarding release, correction, or follow-up.

In that case, we’ll provide you with a detailed report listing the identified defects, quantities, photographic evidence, and the results of the inspection. The final decision on whether to accept, reject, reprocess, or reinspect the lot is up to you, based on your commercial and quality criteria. Our team is available to answer any questions that may arise during your evaluation.

Yes, you can define your own acceptance criteria, classify defects as critical, major, or minor, specify inspection points, and set the tolerances that best suit your product. If you do not have specific criteria, we use recognized sampling standards such as AQL, which serve as a reliable operational reference.

The report is delivered within 48 to 72 business hours after the audit, inspection, or review is completed. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the agreed-upon scope, the volume of information reviewed, the number of SKUs, the number of suppliers involved, and the complexity of the case. As soon as it is ready, we will share it with you for your review.
