We verify your supplier directly at their factory
Supplier Audit in Asia conducted by our own team. We verify the supplier’s inventory, production capacity, processes, and documentation. We provide the report you need to make an informed decision.
The True Cost of Operating Without an Audit
Four situations we see every week in businesses that wait too long to hire an auditor.
Your supplier isn't a factory; it's a middleman.
You absorb a hidden 8–15% markup and lose direct control over production schedules and quality. When issues arise, accountability is non-existent.
Production capacity is overestimated.
Your order of 50,000 units is delivered in 90 days, not 45. You miss the season, pay penalties to your end customer, and your next order won’t go through that supplier.
There are no real internal quality controls.
Every subsequent inspection (QC, Pre-Shipment Inspection) uncovers defects that could have been prevented from the start. You end up paying for rework, delays, and goods that aren’t released.
The factory does not have its legal documentation in order.
Customs risks, issues with certificates of origin, and legal exposure in your own country. A desk audit doesn’t detect these issues. An on-site audit does.
What do we check when we enter the factory?
Six verification stages with standardized criteria under our ISO 9001:2015-certified processes.
Physical existence and actual location
We confirm that the factory is located at the address provided, not at a virtual office or at a shared address with other companies.
Infrastructure and Operational Areas
We tour production areas, raw material and finished product warehouses, and packaging and loading areas. We document everything with photographs.
Installed Production Capacity
Inventory of machinery, active production lines, work shifts, and operational staff. We compare the supplier’s claims with what they can actually deliver.
General Production Processes
Flow from raw material receipt to finished product. We identified bottlenecks, external dependencies, and outsourced processes that the supplier did not disclose.
Internal Quality Control
We verify whether there are QC procedures in place, what is measured, who performs the measurements, and what happens to a batch that is out of specification.
Legal and Documentary Information
Operating licenses, business registrations, current certifications, environmental permits, and the supplier’s tax compliance certificate.

Three Scenarios Where an Audit Can Save You Months and Thousands of Dollars
New Supplier
You are considering a supplier for the first time. Before placing a trial order, verify that the factory exists, is operational, and has the capacity it claims to have.
Changing Providers
Your current supplier relocated, merged, unjustified prices, or extended lead times. Validate their new operational reality before agreeing to new terms.
New product or category
You’re going to produce something your usual supplier has never made before. An audit will confirm whether they have the machinery, staff, and processes for this new category, or whether you need to find another supplier.
We have audited factories in every industry where an error at the source ends up costing more
Textiles and Apparel
Footwear
Motorcycles
Automotive
Home Appliances
Risk profiles vary significantly by industry. Auditing a textile facility requires a fundamentally different protocol than evaluating a chemical plant. That is why our auditors are specialized by sector.

Questions We're Asked Before the First Audit
Audits are generally scheduled in advance to guarantee access to facilities, documentation, and key personnel. While unannounced audits can be conducted upon special request, factory access cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, our on-site team will perform external verification to confirm the physical location and facility conditions as documented evidence.
Yes. To conduct a comprehensive, high-quality audit, it is essential that the factory confirm its availability, grant the necessary access, and prepare the conditions for the review. This allows us to coordinate the visit in an orderly manner, avoid on-site setbacks, ensure the presence of the responsible personnel, and gain access to the production areas and processes included in the scope of the audit.
We generally schedule announced audits, as this ensures access to the facilities, documentation, and responsible personnel. If you require an unannounced visit, we can consider it upon express request, keeping in mind that the supplier may not grant access. In that scenario, our team can at least confirm the location and exterior of the factory as documentary evidence.
